Who we are
Located in the heart of Aggieville at the corner of Moro and 11th Street, Nico’s Little Italy has been serving unpretentious, family-inspired Italian cuisine since October 2020. With our red-checked tablecloth charm and warm, inviting atmosphere, we’ve become a favorite dining spot in Manhattan, consistently recognized for our exceptional Italian dishes and memorable dining experiences.
At Nico’s, we pride ourselves on providing incredible customer service and crafting Italian staples that keep our guests coming back. From toasted ravioli to our homemade lasagna and indulgent cannolis, our menu offers a taste of Italy that warms the soul.
Nico’s is the sister restaurant to Martinelli’s Little Italy in Salina, and we carry forward the same tradition of quality, authenticity, and community connection.
Nicolette “Nico” Unruh
Nico’s Little Italy was opened in October 2020 by Nicolette Unruh alongside Tony Dong and Johnny Steven. Nicolette was a driving force behind the heart and soul of this restaurant—a true restaurant warrior with a passion for people, food, and creating memorable experiences.
In November 2023, we lost Nicolette, but her vibrant spirit continues to guide us every day. Nico’s remains open in her memory, honoring her legacy with every plate we serve and every guest we welcome.
Thank you for being part of the Nico’s family and helping us celebrate Nicolette’s dream.
