Our family of 5 ate here on Saturday evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The chopped Martinelli salad had a unique dressing that was wonderful. The Sicilian Shrimp pasta was excellent (even though they were out of scallops) and the stuffed mushrooms were off the charts good!! Wine selection was good as well as the atmosphere. Best part of the night (besides being there with family) was Austin our server. He did a top notch job, takes pride in his work and would recommend getting a table he serves!! Great job, Nicos!! Will be back next time I'm in town.

We had reservations for 11. When we arrived, they were ready. The table was completely set, and all the extras were in place. Our server was extremely pleasant and professional. He asked if we had been there prior, and only a few had been. He explained the mission of the restaurant, the menu and the portion sizes. The food was incredible! Everyone loved the meal they selected. The price was reasonable, even less than expected!

Husband took me out for a much needed date night. Google led us to places we haven't yet tried and we decided we were in the mood for some Italian food that didn't have the classic Olive Garden signature all over it. We landed on Ricos and it was absolutely the best decision we have made in quite some time. My husband is a huge fan of salmon and he knows how difficult it can be to come across well prepared salmon flash. He was beyond impressed with the impeccable flavor ( "down to the very last bite") along with its rich and decadent lemon sauce that accented the already perfectly cooked fish. I myself had the classic chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It is a dish I get very picky about with the sauce. It's the perfect thickness and creamy in texture. It wasn't too rich but was still quite flavorful to be unique with its own signature, accented with perfectly tender broccoli. Would 10/10 recommend, again and again. Definitely another date night destination.

Great food and a nice atmosphere. Portion sizes are big and generous. The only thing I just don't understand is the margarine/ fake butter substitute as it really doesn't compliment the bread or meal. Real butter is expensive I understand but it's worth the extra cost. The meatballs are baseball size. We eat here everytime we're in the area and beside the margarine I have no complaints. Make sure you try the desserts.

Ah! Fabulous, what a tasty restaurant. Just moved from Florida to Kansas in search of a good Italian restaurant and ended up at Little Nico! What’ a suprised. The food portions are so large! The wine selection is out of this world. I’ve been here 3x already and I’ve only lived here in Kansas two weeks. I recommend the tri Color tortellini or the carbonara. Two great choices.

I had the shrimp diavolo and my wife had the Tilapia and linguini. The waiter was pleasant and described the restaurant and serving style. I was very pleased with the taste and and quality of the food. If I had one one thing that could have been better and it's such a minor issue. The bread could have been warm. The pasta was fantastic, the shrimp were very tasty. No wonder it's hard to get in without a wait. Update: I went for the Shrimp Diavolo again, large tasty shrimp and fast service. Once again the bread could have been warm and have just a touch of salt added to make it really good. Cesar salad was very good. Best Italian in town.

What an adorable atmosphere. I was welcomed with happiness and smiles what a warm feeling the staff brought to my heart!! Food was absolutely delicious. I didn't give much standard being in a small town but they did it great tasting food with the right amount of flavor. The wine that my server recommended for me, Sean Minor Cab Sav was oaky full body and smooth. I ordered the meat baked ravioli and the meat was just so flavorful with the crunchy buttery ravioli. Quarter spaghetti with 1 huge meatball. I was nervous... Last time I've seen a meat ball like that was at Bucca de Pepo.. or however spelt and I never went there again. Not Nico's! I will definitely be coming back when craving Italian. Thank you all for the great experience and allowing me to do my studies here too !

Amanda Is an excellent waitress! She had a wonderful recommendations for the shrimp and scallop alfredo pasta and cannoli. They don't skip on the sauce at all! The Moscato wine was also delicious! Def a place to return to!

What can I say about Nico's? Fabulous! We had dinner, Nico's was recommended and in no way disappointed. I had the 1/4 meal of shrimp and scallops over Alfredo pasta- great! Others had the 1/4 Chicken Parmesan- great! 1/4 Spaghetti w/ meat sauce- great! 1/4 Lasagna- great! Desserts - all great! Everything was top notch, the atmosphere was so nice and we just had a great time. I highly recommend Nico's and would love to go again. The place was clean and charming, service was impeccable and the food was phenomenal. A perfect evening.

Very good for a serious lunch. Staff is alert and pretty smart. Portions are large enough unless you're planning to make a day of being here. I ordered the chicken parmigiana sub with a side of pesto pasta. I ordered a "shot" of espresso and got a doppio for the price of a single. Good location, and free parking (although it is first-come, first served).

Nico's has great food which is a rarity in this town. They even have a better and exceptional staff. Today I ordered delivery and there was a slight mix-up. Not only did they refund my money (Which was over 40 bucks) they also gave me more food. I don't know who the manager was today around lunch, but I appreciate it. Good Service goes a long way. Next time I stop in that service will be rewarded. 👍🏾

Ordered delivery for an at home date night. Chicken Parm was excellent, shrimp and scallop pasta also very good. Sauces full of flavor and pasta cooked perfectly. We also did the appetizer sampler and really liked all of it with the highlight being the calamari strips. Now we are excited to try more from the menu.

Absolutely excellent Italian eatery. Decor was homely and welcoming. Staff all greeted you when you entered. The fantastic service continued the entire meal. Food was excellent and you got a large delicious meal for a downright reasonable price. Overall an absolutely wonderful dinning experience.

Whenever we are in Manhattan, we almost make sure to go to Nico's. Best Italian in town and served family style. Great value and great food. Our server was Kendall, he was really friendly & provided fantastic service.

This would be another first time for me, going to this restaurant I mean. I got my food to go but just to describe the inside of the restaurant, it’s quite cozy and pleasant. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my online order so by the time I arrived I had to wait a little but, but it wasn’t long at all. The women who took care of me was very accommodating and delightful and got me my order right away. I came maybe an hour into the restaurant opening for the day so there wasn’t a lot of people there to begin with but waiting for my order you can see people slowly start pouring in, so this is a popular place to eat. I ordered the linguine chicken pesto, and it was hot and enjoyable, I also ordered the calamari strips which kind of felt like the breading of was a bit overcooked, but it was still edible and the flavor decent. On my next visit through town, I would not mind coming in again, they have a bunch of pastas I want to try and I’ve heard good things about their fried ravioli appetizer, something to look forward to!

Big City quality Italian food in a smaller college town! Dishes are fresh prepared and pasta is cooked perfectly. We were really impressed with the quality of the food and the prices. We had the pesto linguine, chicken parmigiana, lasagna, and a chop salad. All were spot on and we have eaten Italian from Rome, Italy to NYC…… Cannot go wrong here.

OMG!! I'm currently in a medical facility and was craving some toasted ravioli. A quick Google search showed me Nico's Little Italy. All I can say is WOW!! The food was fantastic, the portions were freaking huge, but the kicker was my delivery driver. She followed my directions to the letter, but in addition she called and left a message confirming she had dropped it off and asked me to call back. I contacted her and she confirmed again everything and then thanked me for calling! I can't say how much I enjoyed the food, or how happy I am with their level of professionalism and empathy. They are definitely my go-to place for Italian!

Most importantly, the food here is absolutely amazing 100% fantastic! Slightly less important, though, is the quality of service. The entire wait staff was moving at light speed yet somehow seemed to take time and individually get to know each table. Our weight was double what they said it would be, but one of the managers came over and comped us for an appetizer and a dessert. She totally didn't have to, but it was much appreciated. The only negative thing was that the restaurant was a bit warm.

Staff was nice and our waitress Sarah was attentive. First time here and it was a woderful experience. I highly recommend this place over olive garden. Amazing taste, more personalized, and a new experience all for a similar price.

Not bad, not great. On par with Olive garden for an Italian restaurant. The meatballs, salmon, and stuffed mushroom appetizer are all great and I recommend going there if those are things you like to support a small-time business, but calamari was breaded too heavily. I like their marinara sauce but the reduced sauce for the spicy Shrimp Diavolo was disappointing.

We had our dinner delivered. It was delivered in 30 minutes, as expected and was good. We did have to rewarm it, but that didn't surprise us since we're about a 15 minute drive away and we ordered a pasta dish versus a baked dish. Driver was great too. We would recommend and order again!

Very good, as always! Fantastic date night or family meal destination. We frequent the restaurant. When ordering delivery we got the right amount for 10 people with a family lasagna, a half spaghetti bolognese plus one family chopped salad, and two orders of toasted ravioli. I suggest asking for extra bread as that's the only thing we were short on. Delivery was fast and food was hot. Perfect last-minute meal with visiting family.

I had a wonderful experience at Nico's Little Italy! Our server, Alison D, was super funny, knowledgeable and polite! (We were the "milk" group if she's reading this.) I got a coffee, which was surprisingly good for restaurant coffee. When the food came out after only about twenty minutes, it was great! It was both well-portioned and flavorful. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We’ve gone a few times now and it’s out favorite place to go out with family and friends. The portions are very generous the food is always great And THE SERVICE IS AMAZING. We have taken big groups with several disabilities and all we’re welcomed and accommodated without hesitation. Our favorite server is Anthony the manager whose name I can’t remember Travis I think? Seems to always be around and has always been happy to check in on us let us know if there was a delay or just say hi. The owner Has been there a few times when we were working in the back and helping her team which is so refreshing to hear. We’ve also never been rushed to leave they are happy to let us sit eat and enjoy our time with friends and family without the usual dropping off the check and never checking on you again. Absolutely will always recommend nicos but do yourself a favor take a group the family style is a great deal!

Fantastic experience! My husband, son, and I were all in town and wanted some quality Italian. Nico's definitely delivered. The food was super good without being heavy and very well priced. The portions were great as well and the staff was very attentive. My husband said it's the best service he's had in quite a while! I also really appreciated that my son (who got something from the kids menu) actually got real food too, just a smaller version of an adult meal.

My family and I are visiting from Pennsylvania. We had dinner at Nico's last night and absolutely loved it! The staff was pleasant and the food was amazing. We ordered the family style buffet and had more than enough to eat. When they ran out of lasagna, they offered us an alternative at no extra cost. First time dining in and it was fantastic. Our waiter Anthony was professional and efficient by explaining the menu and providing quality suggestions when asked. The setting was nice and all the staff worked well as team. Ordered the Caesar salad, 2 entrees and a dessert which were all great, although I could personally go with less dressing on the salad. Amazing taste though. Overall will definitely be back to try other menu options. They even put a sparkler in your dessert for your birthday which is cool.

Wife and I went there this past Saturday with our son, heard great things about it from numerous friends. Food: very good, flavorful, 1/4 plates are plenty of food for 1 (my son couldn't finish his food, neither did my wife), Chicken Parm is fantastic, and try the Baked Ravioli's for an appetizer with the house dressing, they Rock! Service: our waiter was REALLY good, attentive, offered suggestions as a first time visitor, our drinks were never empty. Manager came and checked on us too, and the place was packed. Overall: great food, great service, great value as it's not an overpriced restaurant at all. Will definitely go back when in town!!!! Highly recommend!!

Ordered the half order spaghetti with marinara and one meatball and a half order of the vodka shrimp and shells for my two daughters and I. Portions were huge for the price! We all ate way too much and still have leftovers!!! Highly recommend!! I ordered to go using their website, it was super easy to do. Staff was friendly when I arrived for pick-up, gave me disposable plates and silverware as well. Definitely going to become a regular in our rotation.

This place is great! It's a cozy, funky little spot with amazing food and super great staff! I got the shrimp and scallop pasta and it was amazing! The shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly and the sauce was DELICIOUS! My daughter got the shrimp in the spicy marinara with pasta. DELICIOUS!! The service was superb! Very friendly attentive staff. Will definitely eat here next time I'm in Manhattan!! The prices are super reasonable also!! Great job Nico's!!

Nico's was amazing! Our server Beth was great, her recommendations were spot on and we never had an empty glass. The quality of food is top notch with large portion sizes and the dessert menu is from a 5 Star dining experience in a large city. The one thing we did not experience was sticker shock with the bill. The price of our appetizer, drinks, two meals and two desserts was still less than we would of paid at a local chain restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Hi We picked up our order, for 2 people. The food was great, we should have ordered the 1/4th portion instead of the 1/2 portion.. We had lots of food left over that we have enjoyed. (we each ordered 1/2 portion) Pasta is always good the second or third day. Our order would feed a family of 4 easy. We will be back! Planning to have left overs!

The food was great! Nice serving sizes. Our waiter, Brock, was super attentive to our needs. Considering he was serving 9 of us, he got almost everything exactly right and did so timely. I have been here a few times now. Once with my boyfriend, once solo, once with my best friend, and I've ordered carry out. Bar none, EXCELLENT service and food each time. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Environment is welcoming. Prices are SO affordable (I always take left overs and they taste great the next day). 10/10, highly recommend.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The service is some of the best I have had in Manhattan and I challenge you to find better food, let alone better Italian food anywhere close. There may be a bit of a wait during peak times but it is SO WORTH IT. Great portions, great prices, great food. Charlotte and Tanner were my servers (sat at the bar) and they were nothing short of perfect. Attentive when I needed without being overbearing, and very friendly and thoughtful. 10/10 will be eating here often!

From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely perfect! We went fairly early because we were told there could be a wait. There was a wait but we sat at the bar and the drinks were fantastic! I cannot say enough about the service! From m the bar staff to our waiter, they were Super attentive, very knowledgeable, suggestive! They were wonderful! Once we were seated at our table, the bread they brought out was fresh and warm! Fresh pepper, oil and balsamic vinaigrette to dip. I got the lasagna and my husband got the filet. Trust me, neither one disappointed! Since Harry’s closed, we had been looking for someplace in town that had great steaks, WE FOUND OUR NEW STEAK PLACE!!! Everything was cooked to perfection, the portions were right on, if not a little bit big. We loved the fact that there are three different sizes of entrees to choose from. Could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. We WILL be back, most definitely!

Nico's is a fantastic addition to Aggieville. The portions are very generous and very reasonably priced. I would say get there early because it's likely to fill up quickly after 5 pm. However, the hostess was nice enough to take your number down and call you when you table is ready so you can go walk around while you wait. The portions all come in 3 sizes. Small is enough for one person, medium for 2, and large is for a few people. The speghetti comes with soft ball sized meatballs and the meat is very very well flavored. They also have family sized meal options which is similar to a 5 course meal. Would be great for ordering and taking home for family dinner night. We got the linguine pesto and shells with alfredo. Both were very good. And yes you get bread when you sit down. Absolutely enjoyed my experience and would recommend to anyone. Decor is lovely.

Tried out this new spot the first week they were open and O.M.G. Service was great and food was excellent! Will be visiting again. So glad Manhattan has good Italian again!

Very friendly staff, nice ambiance, & generous portions. We went with the Light Family Style Meal that came with bread, an appetizer, salad, & 2 pastas. We decided on the Caesar salad & the toasted ravioli (both bottomless). For our pastas we went with the Rotini Carbonara & Lasagna. There was a mix up & we ended up with Chicken Carbonara, which they ended up giving to us "on the house". It ended up being our favorite of the 3. So glad the Little Apple has another Italian restaurant option now.

We ordered Nico's Little Italy for dinner last night, and it was amazing. I ordered the food about 5 for a 7:15 pickup. I got an email saying the order was processed, and arrived just a few minutes early. The service was great. They brought out the food hot and fresh, offer paper goods (plates, silverware...) and I was out the door. We ordered the appetizer sampler, and everything was great - ravioli, calamari, stuffed mushrooms,... it was all so good. I ordered the Sicilian Shrimp and Scallops and ny boyfriend ordered the Shrimp Diavolo. Both were amazing and the bread is oh so good. The Little Apple needed a great Italian place, and Nicolette brought us just that. We will be back!
